1. Who operates this website?
The Israeli Institute for AI is operated by registered business 034207928, at 50 Dizengoff Street, Tel Aviv, Israel. For privacy requests, contact office@iiai.co.il or +972 72 250 0344.
2. Information we receive
When you contact us, we may receive your name, organization, role, phone number, email, training interests and message. International inquiries may also include the country, time zone, teaching language, group size and timing you choose to provide. The inquiry includes its page, referral source and approximate browsing activity. Basic technical information may include an IP address, browser and device type, visited pages, date, time and security data.
3. Your choice and our purposes
Providing information is voluntary. Required fields are marked; without contact details we cannot respond. We use information to handle inquiries, plan training, prepare proposals, manage business relationships, operate and secure the website, prevent misuse and maintain records. Processing may also be needed to meet legal obligations and protect legitimate interests. Where consent is required, it is requested clearly. Marketing consent is separate and is not a condition for receiving a response.
4. Analytics and local storage
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics load only after explicit analytics consent. Analytics and advertising permissions are denied by default. When you consent, measurement may use cookies and page, device and broad location data. Page addresses are sent without query strings; form content and contact details are not sent to analytics. Google Signals, advertising and personalization are disabled. Essential technical storage may support security and functionality, and local storage remembers your analytics choice. You can refuse or change your choice through Analytics settings. Withdrawal updates permission and removes analytics cookies the website can delete.
5. Access, service providers and external services
Information may be accessible to institute staff and providers needed for hosting, communication, security, customer service and professional advice, to the extent required. It may be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect rights. Some providers operate outside Israel. External services process information under their own policies. Opening a WhatsApp draft shares its contents with WhatsApp/Meta; it reaches our representative only after you send it. YouTube uses privacy-enhanced embedding where provided, but playing a video may share usage data or enable identifiers.
6. The Hebrew digital advisor
The website’s Hebrew training advisor uses predefined answers in the browser. Its conversation is not sent to an external AI model or stored by the institute on a server. If you choose WhatsApp, a topic summary is shared with WhatsApp/Meta when the draft opens, and reaches the institute only when you send it there.
7. Retention and security
The website’s local intake copy of an inquiry is automatically deleted 24 months after receipt. This does not automatically delete copies transferred to operational, communication or external systems; their retention follows the relevant system lifecycle, provider policy, service needs and legal duties. We take reasonable security measures, but no online system is completely secure. Do not submit medical, financial, classified, sensitive personal or unnecessary confidential information.
8. Requests, children and policy updates
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction and, where appropriate, deletion, limits on use or removal from a mailing list. Contact office@iiai.co.il with enough detail to identify the record; proportionate identity verification may be needed. The site primarily serves organizations and professionals. Do not provide a minor’s details without appropriate authority and consent; youth activities require separate arrangements. Policies may change with services, technology or law; material changes will be highlighted where required.
