1. Operator and scope
The Israeli Institute for AI is operated by registered business 034207928, 50 Dizengoff Street, Tel Aviv, Israel. It is an independent professional training and adoption institute, not a government body or a statutory academic institution. These terms cover browsing, content, tools, forms and external links. Use of the site indicates agreement; if you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. Information and service descriptions
Content describes training, workshops, courses, programs and related services for general information. It is not tailored legal, medical, financial, security, technical or other professional advice. A service description is not a binding offer. Scope, fees, availability, outputs, instructor and commercial terms are established only in a separately approved written proposal or agreement.
3. AI outputs and user responsibility
AI may produce incorrect, incomplete, outdated or biased information. Examples, prompts, calculations and recommendations do not guarantee results. Check accuracy, sources, rights, suitability, privacy and security before use. Do not submit classified, confidential, sensitive personal or unauthorized material. Tool selection, permissions and actual use remain the responsibility of the user and organization.
4. Intellectual property
Rights in the site and its text, methods, presentations, graphics, code, branding, videos and content structure belong to the operator or authorized third parties. Copying, publishing, distributing, translating, modifying, selling, reverse engineering or commercial use requires prior written authorization. Sharing a public-page link and a fair short quotation with attribution and a source link is permitted subject to law. Third-party marks belong to their owners.
5. Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully, in good faith and for legitimate purposes. Do not disrupt it, bypass security, collect information automatically at an unreasonable scale, impersonate others, introduce malicious code, mislead people or infringe privacy or intellectual property rights.
6. Inquiries, digital advisor and WhatsApp
Providing details is voluntary; without contact information we may not be able to respond. The Hebrew digital advisor uses limited predefined answers and is not a human representative or authorized to commit to prices, availability, outcomes or terms. Opening a WhatsApp draft shares its details with WhatsApp/Meta; sending it to our team requires your action in that service. An automatic acknowledgment, advisor response or received inquiry does not reserve a date or commit us to provide a service.
7. External services and estimates
External content, availability, security and privacy practices are not controlled by the institute. A link is not a blanket endorsement. ROI calculations, time estimates and interactive results depend on inputs and general assumptions; they do not guarantee savings, revenue or business outcomes. Make an independent assessment before deciding.
8. Availability and liability
Content, services, design and features may change or be removed. Errors, interruptions and broken links may occur; continuous availability or compatibility with every device is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, use is at the user’s responsibility and the institute, operator and staff are not liable for indirect or consequential harm, loss of data or profit, reputational harm or reliance on content, links, tools or AI outputs. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Privacy, accessibility and applicable law
Personal information is handled under the privacy policy. The institute works to improve accessibility; contact us about a barrier or consult the Hebrew accessibility statement. Israeli law governs these terms, with jurisdiction in competent courts in the Tel Aviv–Jaffa district, subject to mandatory law. Please contact us first to seek a fair resolution.
